This policy describes information handled through the Kiser Real Estate Capital website and its initial inquiry form. A separately agreed engagement or secure document process may require additional notices.
Who we are
This website presents Kiser Real Estate Capital Inc., a commercial real estate debt and structured finance advisory business in Costa Mesa, California. We act as an advisor and intermediary, not a direct lender. California DRE #02148719; designated broker Kevin Andrew Kiser, DRE #01980499.
Information collected
When you submit an inquiry, we receive the contact details and brief message you enter, together with any optional inquiry selections. These may include your name, email address, phone number, property type and an approximate financing request. We also record your acknowledgment of the inquiry notice and the submission time.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords, tax returns, rent rolls, tenant details, borrower documents or other confidential financial records through this form. Ask us to arrange an approved secure channel if documents are needed.
Our hosting and security providers process technical request information, including IP address, device or browser details and request logs, to deliver the website and detect abuse. Security checks help prevent spam and automated abuse. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and technical signals to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. How the inquiry form works
The form sends your inquiry to this website’s server, hosted by Vercel. The server validates the submission and, when configured, stores it in an access-restricted Supabase database for authorized staff to review. If the service is unavailable or not configured, the form reports an error rather than confirming receipt. The email-draft option opens your email app with the entered information; it does not send or store the draft through this website. You must review and send it yourself. You may contact us by phone or email instead; your email provider’s policies also apply to that communication.
The form is an initial business inquiry, not a loan application, credit decision, funding commitment or request for confidential underwriting documents. A submission acknowledgment does not guarantee a response time or financing outcome.
When the CRM connection is enabled, we also send your submitted contact details and inquiry summary to Attio, our customer relationship management provider, so authorized staff can organize and follow up on your request. Calculating loan estimates does not send your assumptions to Attio or create an inquiry; you must separately choose to contact us. See Attio’s privacy policy.
How information is used and disclosed
- To respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we can help and arrange requested follow-up.
- To operate the site, prevent spam and abuse, maintain appropriate records and meet legal obligations.
- To service providers supporting hosting, inquiry storage, security and business communications, for those functions.
- To capital sources or other transaction participants when you authorize us to pursue a transaction and the disclosure is needed for that work.
- As required by law, lawful process or to protect legal rights and security.
This website does not send inquiry contents to advertising networks or analytics services. Inquiry acknowledgment is not a subscription to promotional email. The website has no advertising pixels and does not sell inquiry information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Analytics and browser choices
Optional site analytics are disabled until you choose to allow them through the analytics controls. If enabled by the site operator and allowed by you, analytics measure page usage and interactions; they do not receive your inquiry message or contact fields. You can decline or withdraw permission through those controls. Your preference may be stored in your browser so you do not need to repeat it on each visit.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are treated as a request not to enable optional analytics. Essential hosting and abuse-prevention processing still occurs. These controls do not change a provider’s processing when you deliberately follow an external link.
Fonts and external links
Fonts currently load from Google Fonts and Fontshare. Those requests disclose your IP address and browser details to the font providers. Their policies govern that processing. Reference-rate data is fetched by this website’s server from the New York Fed and U.S. Treasury and delivered through this website’s API, with a labeled saved-file fallback when needed. Your browser does not send your inquiry or calculator inputs to those benchmark providers. Following a benchmark source link or another external link takes you to a site with its own privacy practices.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry information only as needed to handle the inquiry, maintain required business records and resolve legal or security matters.
The deployment is designed to use HTTPS, restricted database access and server-side credentials. No internet service or email channel can guarantee absolute security. Authorized access, provider configuration and deletion procedures must be maintained by the operator.
Your privacy requests
Contact info@kisercapital.com to request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information, or to ask about our practices. We may need to verify your identity or an agent’s authority and may retain information required by law. Rights and response requirements vary by jurisdiction and whether a law applies to the business; nothing here limits applicable rights or permits discrimination for exercising them.
California residents may have additional rights under applicable California law, including rights to know, correct, delete and opt out of sale or sharing. This website does not sell inquiry information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Children
The site is intended for adult commercial real estate participants. It is not directed to children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
Policy changes
We post material changes here and update the date. Changes do not authorize use of information contrary to promises made when it was collected; any additional notice or consent required by law will be provided.
