Home / Our Process

From introduction.
Through execution.

A coordinated capital process, with clear priorities and practical next steps at each stage.

A clear path through the transaction.

  1. Introduce your deal

Share the property type, location, financing objective, requested amount and timing. We discuss the business plan and identify what is needed to evaluate the opportunity.

    Initial output
A transaction brief and a checklist of additional information.
  2. Capital strategy & lender matching

We evaluate the objectives and potential financing structures, then identify capital providers whose programs align with the asset and sponsor.

    What matters
Proceeds, economics, flexibility, recourse, timing and the planned exit.
  3. Term sheets & underwriting

We coordinate lender submissions, compare proposed terms and support negotiations. We help organize underwriting and due diligence requests with your transaction team.

    Your role
Review proposals and provide accurate, complete information through the agreed secure channel.
  4. Closing & execution

We coordinate with the lender, title, escrow, insurance and other transaction participants to address closing requirements and carry the process through funding.

    Final conditions
Funding remains subject to documentation, lender approval and satisfaction of closing conditions.
