No advisory relationship without an engagement
Using this website, sending an inquiry through the form, and exchanging emails or calls with us do not create an advisor-client relationship. That relationship begins only when you and Kiser sign a written engagement. We may decline an inquiry for lawful reasons.
Loan programs, terms and availability
Loan programs, terms, rates, leverage and availability depend on lender approval, underwriting and market conditions, and they can change without notice. The descriptions of services and property types on this website are general. They do not mean that a loan is available for any particular property or borrower.
Examples, results and testimonials
Any illustrative financing scenarios are general examples, not completed Kiser transactions or actual financing offers. Any historical transactions or testimonials published after owner verification describe particular experiences and do not guarantee future outcomes. The market reference ticker displays public observations from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the U.S. Treasury. These benchmarks provide market context. The data may be delayed, can change at any time and may contain errors. These benchmarks are not Kiser loan rates, lender offers or financing quotes. Check the date shown with the figures.
